It’s not enough that you lose weight and achieve your desired body figure and size. Your physical fitness will be proportionate when you also gain muscle mass. You won’t look good if you don’t have some muscles in your arms, legs or thighs. No, they don’t have to be too big like those of the wrestlers’ and bouncers’. They should just be enough to make you feel and look your best. Gaining muscle mass only takes some weights for firming and toning. You don’t have to do this at the gym. You can actually work this out even at the comfort of your very home.
To gain muscle mass, determine which part of your body you want to focus on and seriously work on it. With some weight lifts, squats, deadlift, bench press and shoulder press, you’ll get what you want for your body. Just do these regularly 2 to 6 reps per set. Before starting with any muscle gaining exercise, be sure you’re all warmed up either through walking and running in the treadmill or around your place, and stretching for your blood circulation.
