The miracle of science has made it possible for most live well into their seventies. The goal for all of us is to have a high quality of life well into our senior years. The trick is to be active. The trick is to do senior citizen exercises. Exercise has been known to slow down the aging process.
Some of the best senior citizen exercises are walking and swimming. Both will build muscle mass which is necessary for a good active life. Seniors who exercise regularly have bodies of those people half their age. For example, the oldest person to run a sub 3 hour marathon is 82 years old. That will put him in the top third finishers of any marathon held today.
