Don’t wait until you’re retired to adapt healthy practices. As soon as you hit your 50’s or 60’s, start to adjust your routines to make senior living both pleasant and productive. Here are some tips that may help:
~Avoid rush hours when doing errands. Go out between the hours of 9:00 am and 3:00pm when traffic is lighter and it’s easier to find parking. Store staff can also give you more quality attention when they don’t yet feel harassed by throngs of shoppers.~Take driving trips on weekdays instead of weekends.~Don’t keep a lot of stuff in the garden or patio that you will need to bring inside the garage or house during storms or other disasters.
