Exercise is a commonly recommended treatment for involuntary incontinence. One such exercise that will strengthen or retrain pelvic floor muscles and sphincter muscles is the Kegel exercises. To exercise the pelvic floor muscle, pretend you are trying to stop the flow of urine. Pull in and squeeze those muscles. Hold the squeeze for about 10 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Try for three or four sets of 10 contractions every day.
Even with exercise it is still safer to be protected by adult diapers. Attends diapers have always been one of the most famous brand of adult diapers. The usual tradeoff in the choice of diapers is that the most absorbent are usually a bit more bulky under the clothing. For moderate incontinence latex-free Attends briefs waistband style are comfortable, fit well and offer the most discreet appearance under clothing.
