Have you noticed how some people are more prone to sickness than others? A bit of exposure to chilly weather and they catch a cold. Exposure to pollutants in the air can get them sneezing due to allergy. These are manifestations of a weakened immune system. A weak immune system can cause immunodeficiency disorders.
Certain foods and environmental influences can cause weakening of the immune system. Excessive intake of sugar and alcohol are pinpointed are causes of this disorder. Sugar, in the form of soda reduces the ability of white blood cells to fight germs. The same is true when a person consumes alcohol to excessive levels. Aside from weakening the white blood cells, too much drinking results in overall nutritional deficiency which can complicate matters even more.
