Most people work all their lives so they can save up and be comfortable in their retirement years. This holds true for most people here in America. Unfortunately, when you work hard your health usually takes a backseat. The result, when people retire they don’t have the energy to anything of value. That why a senior health fitness regimen is so important.
Health will deteriorate really fast without a senior health fitness regimen. Actually, people should start exercising as early as 25 years old. After that, muscle mass start receding at a high rate. If you don’t exercise even a 40 year old will have the muscle strength of a bad 70 year old. A good fitness regimen for seniors should involve both aerobic and anaerobic exercises.
