Eliminate nasty scents from your home such as pet, cooking and stale odors. Simmer fragrance oils in aroma lamps or add some to the melted wax of a burning candle. You can also use them in electric plug-in diffusers. Fragrance oils are industrial grade oils that are also used to make potpourri, candles, incense, sachets, soaps, etc.
Fragrance oils used in scented sachets are great closet and drawer refreshers. Take a small glass jar and punch six large holes in the lid. Fill the jar with cotton balls soaked in fragrance oil. Place the lid back on the jar and put the whole thing in your closet, on a bathroom counter, or even under your car seat.
