exercise machines

When I started working out in the gym I did free weights. I preferred them over exercise machines because their dirty and give a no nonsense workout. Back them my philosophy was if you want to be strong, lift hard and heavy. The result, I became extremely strong but also suffered lots of injuries. I was carrying heavy but my form was bad.
I shifted to machines. I started to see the benefits of using them over free weights. Exercise machines are meant to isolate muscle groups. They also give you extra support to prevent injuries. They are also less intimidating to use. That’s why most newbies and injure athletes prefer them over free weights.
