Studies show that first impressions last. Often this first impression is in a form of a handshake. Everyone admires a strong and firm handshake. A weak handshake makes people suspicious. To build a firm handshake exercise regularly with hand grips.
Hand grips have been around for ages. Your dad probably had them when he was young. Back then hand grips were the most common exercise equipment along with jumping ropes. They are easy to use and won’t injure your hands. Unless of course you count hand cramping and sore hands.
