One of the indicators of health is a trim waistline. If you’re a guy it’s a size 32. If you’re a gal it’s a size 26. Also, great abs will make you a star in the beach. To get that six-pack abs you must eat healthy and do some ab workouts.
Ab workouts can be classified into three categories: the upper abs, lower abs and side abs (obligues, serratus and intercoastals). The most popular upper ab workout is the crunch. For the lower abs, it’s the leg raises. For the side abs, it’s knees to the elbows. Just do two exercises per ab section and you’ll be ready to show off by summer.
