People are really getting serious about their health these days. There has been an increase in the sales of health supplements. More people are getting gym memberships. Some are into running to keep fit. The supermarket shelves are being stocked with healthier food alternatives that are low in fat and cholesterol.
It’s true that a healthy diet is not the only key to staying fit. A good diet coupled with exercise is much better than diet alone. That is why more and more people are putting on their training shoes and hitting the gym or the trail. They know that cardiovascular activity and lifting weights are important. Of course they know that a good stretching routine should be done before and at the end of every workout.
