Christmas is around the corner and people are looking to get fit in anticipation to the bulk they will add during the holidays. Who can resist Thanksgiving dinner turkey and sweets then ham during Christmas time? If you are like me, I add on ten to fifteen pounds during the holidays. I would like to think it’s the heavier clothes people wear during the colder season. The solution is to exercise. Various exercise programs are everywhere on the net.
Since it’s the season to reconnect with family and friends, it is best to lose weight so as to look good. There are numerous exercise programs to choose from. The trick is to choose one that you can stick to. Doing too much will zap your energy and doing too little will bore you. The result is the same: you’ll quit.
