Beauty is a funny thing. It differs from people of different cultures and time. The standard of beauty for example during the fifties for males is the big muscular types; the incredible hulk types. Nowadays, it seems most people prefer the lean muscular body type. At least you don’t have to spend all day in the gym to build muscle.
To build muscle is important. You don’t want to be in your mid thirties and be able to open a bottle. You especially don’t want to be in your fifties and all hunch up looking like a bad 70 year old. To build muscle you will need to exercise at least 3x a week, at least 30 minutes per session. It need not be strenuous exercise. Actually, strenuous exercise will do more harm than good for inactive people.
