~Abdominal crunch – most common and widely used
~Tummy tuck – sitting upright with the back supported while contracting abdominal muscles
~Abdominal bicycle crunch – knee raised on one side towards the elbow of the opposite side
~Reverse crunch – lift and bend legs towards the chest
