This is why core strength workouts are integrated in any weight loss program. These workouts will improve one’s efficiency, balance and stability. They can also result to better posture.
There are three top core strength workouts that people engage to:
~Bicycle crunch – bending knees at 90 degrees while you bring your left elbow to your right knee and vice versa
~Captain’s Chair exercise – gym equipment calls this power tower or knee raise machine wherein you bring your knees to your chest while keeping your body straight
~Abdominal crunch – this is best with an exercise ball
