Increase your flexibility and improve circulation. Do daily stretching exercises that provide a lot of benefits. Disciplines such as yoga and pilates are also used for posture improvement. If you don’t have time to hit the gym, there are also simple stretches you can do at home
Hold the following stretches for 30 seconds and try to do them every day:
- Stretch hips, glutes, and hamstrings to improve a posterior pelvic tilt
- Stretch neck and shoulder muscles to help improve neck alignment
- Stretch chest muscles to release tension that could pull your shoulders forward
