There are many different kinds of fresh water for drinking. Examples are distilled water, juvenile water, rain water, surface water, ground water and true spring water. Not all of these can be taken by humans in their natural form. Most need to be filtered and treated as they may contain dirt, pollution and other harmful substances.
Surface water which comes from creeks and dams for example, often has substances like nitrates, industrial remains, pesticides, living pathogens, and blue-green algae, and thus needs to be cleaned before consumption. Exposure to the sun’s heat and to strong oxygenation from the atmosphere likewise affects the quality of surface water and reduces its character and energy. Like surface water, ground water which comes from wells and springs is open to pollution as well and needs filtering. Energized water systems restore the optimum quality of fresh water. It makes ground water for instance; take on the quality of true spring water, which is ideal. Experts describe energized water as water that’s more alive and can ably eliminate toxins from the body.
