Lower back pain, headaches and dizziness may be symptoms of over fatigue due to stress. The condition called chronic fatigue syndrome is sometimes caused by stress from work or daily commuting that leads to overexposure to harmful elements like carbon monoxide from the air. The pain that you feel on your legs, calves and lower back can also be caused by shoes with high heels, the long walks and standing for long periods of time.
For men, lower back pain is typically caused by big bellies that pull the lower back forward. The headaches are sometimes caused by long periods of exposure to computer screens. This pain is can also be accompanied by eyes strain and dizziness. Get rid of all these pains thorough exercise and a balanced diet.
