Men often refuse to accept the reality that they are getting old. One of the main reasons is that there is a high risk of incurring prostate problems as they age. Some symptoms would be: nocturia (frequent urinating at night), dysuria (painful urination), erectile dysfunction and pain in the groin. This could’ve been caused by several factors like genetics, hormone imbalance, cell growth, obesity, as well as Zinc and testosterone deficiency.
Prostate can be prevented and treated through several methods and here are a few of them:~Taking vitamins and medication like vitamins C, D, E and Zinc; selenium~Taking maintenance supplements such as lycopene, bee pollen, glycine, glutamics acid, prostate glandular and alanine~Eating foods like soybean & legumes, grapefruit, tomato, papaya, bean, broccoli, cold water fish and green tea~Reducing the intake of foods that are high in fat/cholesterol ~Opting for organic foods~Performing regular exercise
