Several illnesses are now being treated with other more effective methods of cell replacement. Stem cell undergoes mitotic cell division which enables them to renew themselves. It is therefore important to have very healthy stem cells. This can be classified into two types namely embryonic stem cell which is found in the inner cell mass and the adult stem cell which is found in adult tissue.
Healthy stem cell can do lots of favorable things for the body. A cartilage can be repaired thus relieving people of joint pains and enabling them to have a full range of movements. This will also yield to a healthy digestive system, heart, skin and liver. It can also delay, if not reverse, the signs of aging.
