Our immune system not only helps our bodies veer away from diseases; it also helps us recover faster when we do get ill. In these days of many types of health scares, it is highly recommended that everyone knows how to strengthen the immune system as much as possible. This is so we can resist viruses and germs that may compromise our health.
Here are several tips to building immune system:
~Cut out the junk foods. Instead, eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables
~Minimize caffeine intake and substitute coffee with other healthy beverages such as pure water, unsweetened juices and herbal teas to keep the kidneys flushed and running smoothly
~Quit smoking as this is stressful to the body
~Get plenty of sleep especially during weekends
~Get out more often into fresh air and sunshine
