Choosing how to feed a baby, whether by breast or bottle, is a mother’s prerogative. If you have decided to bottle feed your child, here are some tips that may help when buying baby bottles:
~A 4-ounce size baby bottle is ideal for a newborn as small babies don’t yet eat much in one sitting~Look for bottles with colorful and easy to read measurements. Colorless markings will be hard to read once the bottle is full of milk.~Glass bottles are easy to care for and will last a long time but do pose the risk of cuts to mother or baby if they break. Plastic bottles may not be as durable but they are economical and are easy to find in stores.~Buy several types of nipples and see which your baby will latch on to best.
