Hydration is very important especially for our naturally active children. It is therefore important that they take a tumbler of water wherever they go. BPA free water bottles are the safest containers that you can use for you and your little ones. These do not contain the harmful element Bisophenol A (BPA) which can cause various illnesses affecting the human vital organs.
Here are a few tips on getting BPA free water bottles:
- At the bottom of the bottle, look for the recycling triangle and make sure that the number is anything other than 7
- Look for the “BPA-free” label
- Go for water bottles made of polyethylene, aluminum, polypropylene and stainless steel
