medical scissors

One of my favorite shows in TV are medical dramas and medical documentary. I love it when they show operations not because I’m morbid or gross but because I want to be a surgeon someday. I learned a lot from watching these kinds of shows. Like for example, I didn’t know they have different kinds of medical scissors. They have stitching scissors, dissecting and surgical scissors, abdominal scissors, eye scissors, and a whole lot more.

Medical scissors have been a vital tool for surgeons and physicians for hundreds of years. They are also sometimes known as precision scissors for their ability to cut exact with minimal effort. They are so specialized and necessary that the medical profession would be greatly hampered without it. It is quite impossible to be in the medical profession without using any medical scissors any given day. Its application today in the medical field is unlimited.
