ultrasonic nebulizer

If you’re a fan of Grey’s Anatomy, ER and other medical dramas then you’ve probably watched episodes where patients are brought in with plastic masks on their faces. When a child or an adult has trouble breathing you also see these plastic contraptions. When young children have lung problems or breathing problems a doctor can recommend using an ultrasonic nebulizer. A nebulizer is also used when babies have colds and asthma.
An ultrasonic nebulizer had several parts: the machine which provides air pressure, the tube that you attach to the mask, and a mask. You also need to buy medicines which could help clear your child’s sinus. The medicine is injected using a syringe. A burst of air and steam is released to the tube and the mask covers the nose so that the steam is contained. Homes with several children should have a nebulizer on hand always specially if you live in the city with a lot of pollution and smog.
