Who said watching TV is a waste of brain cells. I’ve learn lots of things just by watching TV. My best learnings from TV comes from medical drama shows. Prior to that I don’t know what automatic external defibrillators are. Correction, I know what they are but I did not know what they were called. Now, if only I can spell it.
Automatic external defibrillators are portable defibrillators that can self diagnose and give that right jolt to the patient. It requires little training and can be used by almost everyone. In fact, it is now being taught as part of CPR classes. That’s good news, more lives can be saved. As we all know, quick response to a cardiac arrest is very important.
