We live in a face paced world. One of the pitfalls of fast living is our health. Most of us need to lay back and smell the roses. A face paced life is killing us inside and out. Besides exercising, we need to pay attention to the food we eat. Nutrition is vital to our well being.
Nutrition is fuel, fuel for the body. Like a car, our bodies need good fuel to perform optimally. Bad nutrition or bad diet will result in lots of health ailments and open our bodies to diseases. With a bad diet the body will break down. You won’t feel it right away but it will happen. Most people will feel the effects of a bad diet in their mid-twenties. That’s when the spare tire will start to develop in your belly.
