Above everything else, your family’s health and safety should always be your top priority. You may be working as hard as you can to provide for your family’s needs and wants but you have to pay particular attention to nutrition. After all, a house full of junk food and a family that usually eats meals in restaurants can be detrimental to health.
Change your bad attitudes about food while it’s still early:
~Encourage your family to eat fruits and vegetables more rather than all-meat meals.
~Prepare healthy snacks for the kids instead of bringing them out to fast food joints.
~Learn to cook at least one new healthy recipe per week to serve to your family.
