Everybody needs to follow a good diet. A well-balanced diet following the nutrition pyramid is the best way to go. It is very simple to follow and doesn’t require any complicated computations.
The bottom of the pyramid shows all the grains, beans and other starches that you can eat. Next are the fruits and vegetables, then meat and other proteins and milk. At the top are the sweets, oils and fats. They nutrition pyramid tells us that we can consume a lot of the grains and starches and less of the oils and sweets. With a balanced diet and a good exercise program, we can all have a healthy life ahead of us.
