The food pyramid can teach you and your kids to eat the most important food at the bottom most part of it–the vegetables. There are lots of vitamins and minerals the body can get from greens. This food chart does not say it’s wrong or totally not to eat meat, as it is included in the pyramid. It’s not just a priority for you to indulge in.
