Who says balanced diet is for kids only?! More than anybody else, the elders or those in their midlife are the ones that should be given fitness nutrition. Because of their age, they tend to get sick easily. Because of this, they are then prohibited to eat some selected foods especially the oily, fatty and sweet ones. Fitness nutrition means including in the daily food intake greens or veggies, and fruits for a balanced diet.
Be oldies but goodies by eating healthy. It’s not difficult to follow fitness nutrition especially if you are determined to prolong your life and stay physically fit.
