Keeping fit means exercising at least three times a day. Some exercise fanatics, however, tend to overdo it and end up with overworked muscle. When a muscle is overworked, lactic acid is produced, leading to muscle pain. Although this pain is temporary, it can be uncomfortable. It may also limit one’s ability to perform activities of daily living.
Fortunately, there are muscle pain relief creams and gels available in the market. These creams are deep-penetrating for an effective relief of muscle pain. Aside from the use of pain relief creams, resting the muscles for a day or two will help. Making use of an ice pack could also relieve the pain.
