People who are over-stressed and over-tired can experience anxiety and panic attacks. As a result, these episodes can cause you to become inefficient at work and unable to perform your duties. Some of the usual panic attack symptoms include:

~Dizzy spells leading to panic
~Tightness in throat and chest, shortness of breath
~Racing heart with tingle sensations
~Hot flushes followed by waves of anxiety
~Obsessive worries and unwanted thoughts
~Not feeling connected to what is going on around you
~Overwhelming fear that the anxiety will push you over the edge By acknowledging these things and recognizing the signs, you will be able to help yourself control them at the beginning to avoid experiencing full blown panic attacks later.
