Coping with anxiety attacks

Panic attacks are a part of life. Everyone suffers from them one time or another. Coping with anxiety attacks is as easy as living the exact moment. When I say “exact moment” I don’t mean the whole day or an hour of that day but the present moment. Panic attacks happen when you feel overwhelm or feel helpless.
When you are suffering from a panic attack just relax. Concentrate on what you are presently doing. If you are not doing anything, do something trivial and throw your full concentration on it. Breathe slowly. Take deep breaths. Soon your panic attack will disappear. If your panic attack continues for more than a day, see a specialist. Coping with anxiety attacks is a mark of a grown up. Learning how to stand after you get knocked down is what life is all about.
