Suggestions on How to get Better Sleep

Each of us will have different sleep needs. How do we know that we are getting the amount of sleep that we need? If you are feeling lethargic and groggy when you wake up; or if you are yawning and feeling sleepy the whole day, that could be a sign that you are not getting enough sleep. Ironically, it is not about the number of hours that you are asleep that counts. It is more about an uninterrupted “deep” sleep that helps rejuvenate the body.
Better sleep can be attained by following certain good sleeping habits. The first is to keep regular hours. Wake up at a fixed time every day. If you must take naps make it short and not too close to your sleeping hours. Second, choose your exercise routine. And do it regularly. This should be scheduled early in the day and not when you are about to go to bed.
