There are over 70 different sleep disorders that have been identified, and one of the most common is snoring. It happens when turbulent airflow during sleep causes the tissues of the nose and throat to vibrate. It is estimated that around 45 percent of adults snore occasionally and 25 percent snore habitually. The bad news is that there is no permanent cure for snoring. The good news is that it can however be controlled.
Some home remedies ~ avoiding alcoholic drinks before sleep ~ elevating the head preferably with the use of a memory foam pillow ~ putting some nasal strips ~ sleeping on the side or stomach~ abstaining from heavy meals three hours before bedtime
