We spend a third of our life asleep. Not only do we need sleep to rest but it is vital to our well being as well. A couple of months back, a hardcore athlete died at his peak during a race. This athlete runs regularly and eats healthily. He also didn’t have heart problems or history. The results of the autopsy indicated the reason for his death is lack of sleep. He regularly sleeps 4 hours a night. That’s why sleep problems should always be addressed.
Sleep problems not only will cause health problems but can mess also with your minds. Lack of sleep will make you operate like a drunken person. You can’t think right and you won’t function right. Actually, sleep deprivation is one of the most successful of torture techniques. A few days of lack of sleep and a prisoner will admit to anything. That is why sleep is so important.
