The Right Way to Clean Skin

There are things good for our wellness and good health that we take for granted. Take for example skin cleansing. We wash our face every day, but are we doing it the correct way? Start by steaming the face with hot water. Wash your face with warm water using a cleanser that is appropriate for your skin type. Rinse thoroughly with cold water. Dry the face by patting with a soft towel.
There are things that we should remember regarding skin cleansing. Always use gentle cleansers, preferably organic ones. Harsh cleaners can actually do more harm to your skin. Always make sure that your hands are clean. Use a toner to tighten the pores after cleansing.
