All of us will experience stress at one point or another. It comes with the pressure of work and unexpected happenings that we have very little control of. Stress that come in small amounts and infrequently are not bad at all. They can actually trigger motivation in us. It is when we experience stress most of the time and when it starts to affect us negatively that steps should be taken to correct it.
The question is “how do you reduce stress?” Some people will counter stress by taking medication. They want to treat it the quick and easy way. But that is not the best way to do it. Conquering stress the natural way will be more effective and lasting. Eating right will reduce stress and anxiety. Choose fruits and vegetables over processed foods. Reduce sugar intake. Practice meditation and yoga. Deep breathing exercises as well as regular meditation every day will boost creativity and create a sense of balance, increasing concentration, reducing anxiety and enhancing general well-being.
