Staying in shape is the popular thing to do these days. I have friends who run ever night and join marathons. I’m amazed at their effort to exercise even if I think they don’t need it. But keeping fit and healthy isn’t just about physical activities and sports. It’s also about maintaining the proper diet to keep your body fully nourished.
Taking nutritional supplements is a choice. Some people don’t take them because they think it doesn’t really help. Others think that these supplements can provide the nutrients that are lacking in their diets. Whether it works or not will depend on how disciplined a person is when it comes to their lifestyle. Even if you do drink supplements, it won’t really work if you don’t control your diet and remove your vices like smoking and drinking.
