We live in one big global community. Most people don’t grasp this idea. To put it into perspective, let’s look at a normal breakfast of orange juice, milk, bacon and eggs and buttered toast as an example. You get your orange from Florida or California. Milk and butter from New Zealand, bacon from Texas or Australia and bread from who knows where. I’m not even talking about the grain to make the bread. We ship foods from everywhere. To prevent spoilage during travel, we process the foods to make it last longer. Some of these processes are bad for our bodies causing lots of ailments and diseases. That is why there is a move now to eat locally produced foods. They call this whole foods movement. Whole foods are foods in its purest form. If that sound too extreme for you, you can try whole food supplements
Whole food supplements are made from organically produced foods untouched by chemical or chemical processes. In doing so, these supplements are nutrient dense making them superior. To produce these supplements, they are processed at low temperature taking care not to alter and destroy the essential nutrient of the whole food. They are not as good as whole foods but are eons away from processed foods. Try it and be convinced. You’ll experience a vitality like you never experienced before.
