Vitamin C

A lot of people are taking ascorbic acid to fight against the most popular illness ever–colds and cough. That is what Vitamin C is formulated for–to protect one from any disease. Vitamin C helps strengthen one’s immune system so it is ideal to take it regularly. Health masters advise that this vitamin is taken daily with a 500mg dosage. That is why a lot of people these days are no longer that prone to easy-to-acquire sickness because of their regular intake of Vitamin C.

Though it most of the time comes in tablet or capsule form, Vitamin C is also present in natural fruit and vegetable form such as:

~ lemon
~ tomato
~ pineapple
~ papaya
~ cabbage
~ cauliflower
~ lettuce
~ spinach
