You like your tea at least three times a day, but the caffeine is wreaking havoc on you. Your heart pounds and you look like you were surprised all the time. Time to switch to decaffeinated tea, you guess. And perhaps, about time.

Decaf tea is not inferior to regular tea. Tea makers make sure that their decaf process maintains the smooth and mild characteristics of your favorite tea.But if you’re still not convinced, try drinking whole leaf teas instead. Since caffeine is very much water soluble, the first infusion of water will remove most of the caffeine from the tea leaves.
