What is black, white, green, and very beneficial to your health? The answer is tea. For centuries, the benefits of drinking tea has been known and touted. Frequent tea-drinking can lower the risk of certain cancers. Some studies also show that tea greatly reduces the risk of heart attacks.
Tea comes in a variety of blends. Some are more beneficial than others. Another benefit or advantage of tea is that it contains less caffeine than coffee. Tea also contains antioxidants that help prevent diabetes, cancer and heart problems. Some dietitians even say that drinking tea is healthier than drinking water.
