A lot of people love to drink tea. Some teas are even medicinal like rooibos teas. This tea is from the Cedar Valley in the Western Cape of South Africa. It is not quite well known like the teas from India and Asia.
Botanists discovered the plant in 1772 but it wasn’t until 1968 when a South African mother stumbled upon its ability to soothe her baby who was suffering from colic. She investigated on the plants natural healing potentials and documented it. Her findings were scientifically verified and began new research on other possible medicinal benefits. Now, a lot of people are enjoying the benefits of drinking rooibos teas.
