We all crave for something sweet sometimes. A small piece of chocolate, some cookies, or a slice of cake makes every meal have a sweet ending. Having something sweet inside the mouth makes us happy. Ask every sweet tooth and they will all agree to this. That is why people give each other sweet things like chocolates and the like when they give gifts to other people.
Sweet can be nice. But it doesn’t mean that it is healthy. Sweets contribute a lot to weight gain. For people who pack pounds easily, sweets are a nightmare. Sugar, the main ingredient in sweet food has been attributed as something that contributes to many unhealthy conditions of the body. That is why people look for substitutes to sugar. Agave nectar, from natural sources is one of these.
