As I child I was always on the chubby side. When I reached puberty I began to be enroll in aerobic dance classes. This was back in the 80s so we had “dancercise” classes and jazz dance classes. When I was in my twenties I figured I needed a more demanding workout. I decided that step aerobics and tennis would be the two weight loss workouts that I would concentrate on.
Today there are a multitude of weight loss workouts that I can choose from. The good news is that they are mostly very affordable. Gym memberships are no longer as coveted as they used to be. More and more people are getting involved in outdoor sports. Most of these outdoor sports are cheap and easy to do. This is one reason why running on a treadmill will never replace running on roads.
