Let’s face it. Unless they are pregnant, people with large tummies do not look very attractive. A gigantic belly minimizes a person’s good looks. Lose some weight and that unwanted fat by following these simple steps:
~ Drink a glass of water right after waking up to start your body’s metabolism and cleansing.
~ Eat a big breakfast that includes organic fruits and meats. Drink natural juices and real tea.
~ Drink eight glasses of distilled water a day to help flush out toxins from your fat cells.
~ Walk for at least one hour each day to reset your body’s weight set point.
~ Do not eat after 6:00 pm.
~ Do candida and colon cleanses.
~ Eat organic grapefruit all day as it contains an enzyme that burns fat.
~ Don’t use aspartame or any artificial sweeteners.
~ Don’t add MSG to your foods because it increases your craving to eat more.
~ Use infra-red sauna to increase metabolism, reduce toxins, speed weight loss, and burn fat.
